Dr. Ammon and Dr. Menei
Dr. Roger Ammon graduated from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry as a member of the Gold Key Honor Society. He is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease in both Delaware and Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to Delaware, he was at the Philadelphia VA hospital and the pediatrics department at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. Dr. Ammon is a member of the Delaware Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control, the Delaware Chamber of Commerce, and he is a volunteer doctor for the Lions Club. At the area’s elementary schools, Dr. Ammon is a regular volunteer for heath fairs and vision screenings. He is a speaker on the topic of “vision and learning” at graduate level education courses for teachers. Dr. Ammon and his wife Karen share in the joy of raising their three daughters, Emily, Christina, and Jennifer.
